1. Acceptance
Using SignalSolid creates a legal agreement between you and SignalSolid under these Terms.
2. Account responsibilities
- You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t use the platform for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
If you think your account is compromised, contact support immediately.
3. Services & subscriptions
- Features depend on your plan (see the Plans page).
- We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain quality and security.
We’ll aim to keep the platform available, but uptime is not guaranteed.
4. Payments
- Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected cycle.
- Payments are processed through payment providers.
- If payment fails, access may be paused until billing is resolved.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy.
If you believe you qualify, contact support with your account email and payment reference.
6. Risk & limitation of liability
- Trading involves risk and losses can exceed expectations.
- Our tools support automation and analytics, but they don’t guarantee profits.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, SignalSolid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
